How long is a lesson?
Every lesson is 60 minutes. For younger students we can split it into two 30-minute sessions at no extra cost.
How does the free intro call work?
It’s a 20-minute video call to talk about goals and the current level. There’s no obligation to book anything afterwards.
Can I reschedule a lesson?
Yes. Lessons can be moved free of charge with at least 24 hours’ notice. Late cancellations count as a used lesson.
How long are packages valid?
The monthly plan is valid for 5 weeks and the term package for 4 months from the first lesson.
How do I pay?
After we agree on a schedule I’ll send an invoice. Bank transfer and card payments are both accepted.
